Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Architect cryogenic control systems supporting 1000+ qubit configurations
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
