Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and material science
- Optimize qubit coherence and gate operations for 99.9% fidelity targets
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Drive quantum security protocols against emerging cyber threats
- Develop patent-pending quantum error correction methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in designing quantum circuits with >100 qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit manipulation
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks (QML, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
