Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026 use cases
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise clients
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Advise C-suite on quantum adoption roadmaps
- Optimize qubit coherence times in cryogenic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum tech
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (Azure Quantum, Amazon Braket)
