Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Create patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Advocate quantum computing standards with IEEE and ISO committees
- Develop educational frameworks for quantum literacy in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum computational complexity
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA)
