Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Translate quantum algorithms into executable blueprints for hardware implementation
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor quantum engineering talent and establish best practices
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion)
