Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients across finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for real-world applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
