Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning.
- Architect quantum computing systems, including qubit design, error correction, and quantum communication protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and contribute to research and development initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of quantum systems in a secure and scalable manner.

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced research in quantum mechanics.
- Strong background in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum information theory.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq.
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex quantum concepts to diverse stakeholders.
