Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead integration of quantum systems with existing cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy research initiatives
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 innovation partners
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in low-level hardware-software co-design
- Track record of building production-level quantum systems
- Clearance for DOE/NIST quantum research projects preferred
