Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise clients
- Research emerging quantum materials and superconducting technologies
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years experience designing quantum computing architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
