Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processor interfaces
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion-trap, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
