Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection systems
- Research and prototype quantum processors operating at 100+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy milestones
- Translate quantum computational theory into practical industry solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
