Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimizing 10,000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Architect secure quantum communication networks resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into practical business applications
- Drive quantum computing standards through IEEE and ISO committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
