Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits and hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning, cryptography, and materials science
- Design quantum-safe cryptographic systems for post-quantum cybersecurity
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum computing benchmarks and performance metrics
- Drive quantum literacy initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
