Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions with classical infrastructure
- Research emerging quantum hardware capabilities and translate into technical roadmaps
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-AI hybrid frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research or commercial deployments
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures (HPC/ROCm)
- Experience securing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
