Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale solutions
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance on real quantum processors
- Lead quantum security initiatives and develop post-quantum cryptography protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum complexity theory
- Strong background in machine learning, cryptography, or computational physics
- Proven ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum Experience)
