Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement quantum solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior scientists and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum development
