- Collaborate with research teams to prototype quantum advantage solutions
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum software development
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with low-latency networking for quantum systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST PQC standards)
