Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead development of quantum algorithms targeting optimization, cryptography, and AI acceleration

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QIP, and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record of developing production-ready quantum systems
- Strong background in C++, Python, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects across global teams
