Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum hardware/software
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
- Track record of leading technical teams to commercialization
