Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor optimization
- Pioneer quantum machine learning applications for enterprise clients
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
