Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for practical deployment by 2026

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and coherence times
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into deployable software solutions
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for quantum computing innovation
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Strong programming skills in Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting/ion traps)
