Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with clients to transform legacy systems into quantum-advantage platforms
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Present breakthroughs at industry conferences like IEEE Quantum Week

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
