Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines with 99.999% reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum algorithm optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Security clearance eligibility for national infrastructure projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
