Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion-trap, or photonic)

- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
