Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with >99.9% fidelity for commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Secure partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum solution implementation
- Pioneer novel quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq with 100+ quantum circuit implementations
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum solutions (e.g., quantum cryptography, optimization)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Certification in Quantum Systems Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
