Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges in cryptography and machine learning
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems integrating hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum software development kits (SDKs)
- Collaborate with academic institutions to pioneer quantum error correction methodologies
- Define roadmaps for quantum hardware-software co-design and optimization
- Translate quantum computing requirements into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive innovation in quantum networking protocols for distributed quantum systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, IBM Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
