- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols post-2025

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years' experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, topological quantum computing, or photonic systems
- Proven track record of designing quantum error correction codes with <10^-6 error rates
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing DoE or NSF grants for quantum research initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial prototypes
