Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols achieving <10^-9 fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at >99.9% reliability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Document quantum system designs and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related field
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
