Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create quantum software frameworks for NISQ-era algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum advantage solutions
- Present architectural roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and qubit control
- Proficiency in Q#, Python, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Prior work with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
