Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents by 2026
- Partner with NASA, IBM Research, and MIT on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Track record of securing venture capital for deep tech ventures
- Proficiency in low-level cryogenic control systems and microwave engineering
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
