Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with fault-tolerant qubit designs
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum security protocols
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for 100+ qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction frameworks
- Translate business requirements into quantum computational solutions
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of leading technical innovation in quantum projects
