Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Design fault-tolerant quantum systems with >1000 qubit coherence
- Partner with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Drive adoption of quantum computing in emerging sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms with 20+ qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum platforms
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and optimization
