Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience leading large-scale technical projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Safe Security Framework)
