- Establish ethical governance protocols for advanced AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Theoretical Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum machine learning algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with large-scale distributed quantum systems
