Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI integration architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and AI specialists
- Implement error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting qubit engineering
- Drive patent creation for proprietary quantum-AI hybrid methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (NeurIPS, Q2B)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI neural networks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Experience leading R&D teams with 10+ members
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qibo)
