Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems integrating QPU, neuromorphic, and classical computing paradigms
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time data processing at exascale
- Design quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for 2026+ infrastructure
- Validate system performance through quantum simulation and hybrid testing
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms (VQA, QML, quantum neural networks)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing or AI conferences
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical HPC architectures
- Strong Python/C++ skills with optimization for quantum workloads
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts to executive stakeholders
