Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-computing-optimized neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML models
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors
- Develop patentable methodologies for quantum-enhanced data analysis
- Mentor junior researchers and secure external research funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
