Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop proprietary error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with NASA on quantum-computing solutions for deep space exploration
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature and IEEE journals
- Architect scalable quantum-AI frameworks for commercial applications
- Mentor PhD candidates in our quantum-AI fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum-AI convergence or top-tier ML conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning architectures
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
