- Publish in Nature/Science journals with 6+ annual impact
- Secure $2M+ in government/industry research grants
- Collaborate with NASA/NSF on quantum climate simulations
- Drive commercialization of quantum-AI breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 3+ years research
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and HPC systems
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and information theory
- Track record of translating research into scalable solutions
- Clearance for DoE/NIST quantum research collaboration
