Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Physics and Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Develop proprietary error-correction protocols for qubit stability
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years experience with IBM Q Experience or Google Quantum AI
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (h-index >15)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD projects)
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum innovations
