Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on quantum neural networks
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum algorithms to accelerate drug discovery and materials science
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum AI libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years of industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit) and Python frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed computing systems (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
