Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization and data analysis
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum computing with AI/ML frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in quantum-AI convergence
- Build and validate quantum neural network models using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical strategy for quantum AI initiatives
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum error correction techniques
