- Secure $1M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum algorithm development
- Partner with NASA/SpaceX on quantum navigation systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (h-index >20)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and D-Wave APIs
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
