Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale problems
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into production systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through experimental prototyping

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and classical AI/ML libraries
- Published record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
