Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for advanced AI model optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Research and mitigate quantum error correction challenges in large-scale neural networks
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and high-performance computing environments
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum-AI research
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
