Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum AI hardware interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning systems
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum-semantic computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Publication record in Nature/IEEE/ACM journals
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation techniques
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD projects)
