Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI specialists in experimental quantum computing
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum-AI hybrid methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)

- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum information theory
