Responsibilities
- Lead quantum AI algorithm development for next-gen cryptography systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum neural networks

- Manage $2M+ research budget and mentor junior quantum scientists
- Develop patentable quantum machine learning methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum AI

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in machine learning architectures
