Responsibilities
- Architect and execute research roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers

- Secure $10M+ in federal and private research funding
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor next-generation quantum AI specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent field
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI research teams at FAANG or national labs
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Proven track record of securing DARPA/NSF grants
- Deep knowledge of NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
