Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel quantum-AI integration frameworks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum processors for deep learning applications
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with quarterly impact targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum coherence times for neural network training
- Mentor PhD researchers and contribute to our quantum ethics framework development
- Secure $1M+ annual research grants from DARPA and NSF programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in quantum-AI intersection (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and tensor network methodologies
